About Satyam Rastogi
Satyam Rastogi is the founder and Chapter Leader of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Uttarakhand Chapter, the regional chapter of the global Cloud Security Alliance based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. He leads the chapter's mission to grow cybersecurity awareness, cloud security education, and industry-academia collaboration across the state.
A cybersecurity and DevSecOps leader, Satyam works as a Director of Information Security and DevOps and as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), with deep, hands-on experience across cloud security, application security, Zero Trust architecture, security automation, identity, compliance, and security operations.
He founded and organizes CSAXCON, one of the region's largest cybersecurity and AI conferences, hosted in Dehradun. The event brings together security leaders, researchers, students, and industry partners for talks, hands-on sessions, and community building.
Through the chapter, Satyam mentors students and security professionals, runs events and workshops, and has helped establish partnerships with leading universities including Graphic Era, Graphic Era Hill University, UPES, and Tula's Institute.
